Service was quick, the dudes were all nice. Got home and saw I had a pretty substantial oil leak. Checked the drain plug and it was only 3/4 of the way turned. I understand it’s not good to over tighten the drain plug when you put it back, but finger tightened is a bit problematic.

GREAT JOB. Very quick. Friendly people. Less than Jiffy Lube and way less busy. They got a shop German Shepherd too, just like mine. Buffed my head lamps. All and all, a great experience. Just as I try to go above and beyond, with my customers, they did as well. And you can tell that is the culture. I usually don’t post about much, but I was very impressed. Hsrd to find that nowadays.

Can’t say enough about these guys! They have been my go-to since moving to Carson city and I’ve never been disappointed. I have only used them for oil change and transmission flush but I know they do other jobs as well. Definitely give them a try
